Keystone Tele Set

The Keystones are the result of Bill's research studying dozens of the best examples of early 60s pickups. The Tele set is Bill's take on those pickups, free of internal shorts that cause frequency response and output losses, and of any metal covers or plates significantly altering the tone.

The bridge pickup uses an aluminum base plate for a slightly smoother and sweeter character to the highend while additionally helping noise and hum rejection. The neck pickup has the "uncovered" clarity that Bill wanted from the position, even with the beautiful chrome plated option.

Bill made the Keystone set as a love letter to his favorite traditional tones, and to prove to the boutique market that the highest quality traditional pickups can be made affordable to all players.
